Issue: As of Oct 31, 12:47 AM PDT (Oct 31, 7:47 AM GMT), you may have experienced the following: Duplicate IPN notifications for payments for eBay transactions that occurred between Oct 27, 11:10 AM PDT (Oct 27, 6:10 PM GMT) and Oct 30, 2:02 PM PDT (Oct 30, 9:02 PM GMT).
