Schedule for Changes

The feature changes described below will take effect according to the following schedule:

EU Sandbox Auto Account Creation

Merchants from the UK, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Italy and Spain will be able to acquire API credentials automatically through an auto account creation process and test APIs in the PayPal Preview Sandbox.
Account Setup
-----------------------------------------------------
The Account Setup mini portal will be available for new and existing business accounts in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, France, Italy and Spain. It will provide merchants with a customized experience for configuring PayPal products. The page will be accessible from the Account Overview page and the Profile page, and will be dynamically configured based on information such as the merchant's intent to use a particular product.
Subscriptions -- Recurring Payments Migration

The backend infrastructure for Website Payments Standard Subscription will be enhanced. All new subscriptions will have the same look-and-feel, but will use the new backend. All pre-existing subscriptions will continue to function as they have in the past.
Account Reserves
-----------------------------------------------------
With this release, merchants will be able to see the details of their reserve amounts and how long the reserves will be held. Merchants will receive email notifications when their reserves are updated or removed.
