Problem with transfer from bank account - PayPal Canada

Well as the title says, there seems to be a problem with my transfer from my bank account. I've withdrawed money from my bank account on May 15,08 at 14:00 est time and its now the 29. Its supposed to only take 6-8 business days for banks in canada and now its been 10 business days and still nothing. This hasn't happened to me before when I used to charge money in my paypal from bank account. Any solutions to this?

Hi!

Got the exact same problem!!!

I've transfert money on the 14th of may 2008... Money was taken from my bank account on the 16th but is not in my Paypal account.

I've phoned them yesterday and they could not tell me what is happenning so the told me they sent the case to the another departement and all should be solve today by 5PM...

I hope they solve the problem!

unforunately for me, they number is long distance and i can't phone them, which leaves me to wonder if this issue will ever be solved.

I transferred money on May 15 and the money was deducted from my bank account on May 16. So far, May 30, 2:15 pm EST, there is still no money in my PayPal account.

I called Customer Service this morning and was told that there was problem with the bank transfer system and it would be fixed in 3 to 4 business days.

I have made some purchases on eBay in the past few days and need the money for making payments. What can I do?????

Hi!

Seems we are not the only ones...

I called them a couple of time and today they told me that the transfert thing had a problem for every transfer on the 14th and 15th of May. But they did'nt give me any ETA, just "next week".

I also bought stuff on eBay and waiting for that money transfer. Hope I won't get any problems from the sellers. I'll try to link them to this tread so that they know it's real.

Yes, PayPal representative did not give me the exact date as well. Just kept saying 3 to 4 business days and did not make any guarantee.

I asked her to send me an email to expalin the situation so that I can forward it to eBay sellers. She was very quick in response and sent me an eamil immediately but the email still had no guarantee date. Hopefully, the sellers will understand my situation and will not do anything against me.

Well, one of the representative was supposed to send me a email on the 29th but never received it. Yesterday, she said she could'nt send me a email concerning this issue.

Seems to me that they are not exactly on the same page.

Anyways, I contacted the three sellers on my side and received two positive response saying that they will wait no problem. The three sellers are actual stores so that might help.

I still do not have the money in my PayPal account as of today (June 2). Supposed to have it on May 27. Any luck with other members?

I also made a payment on May15th which was transferred from my account on the 16th. Just discovered that it is still "pending" at the currency exchange stage. It's not very encouraging to hear from all of you that Paypal was supposed to have dealt with this some time ago. Typical of Paypal from my experience, though. It took seven tries to get a fairly simple technical question answered a couple of years ago.

A payment I made to a different seller on May 20th has cleared within the normal timeframe. Which makes me wonder if it be possible for the sellers involved to cancel the May 14th/15th transactions so we could try paying again?

Im having the exact same problem, i transferred money to my paypal account on the 29th. The expected clearing date is June third by 5:00pm and the money still isnt here! I just won an item that i really wanted too so i hope that it clears quickly
