I have two problems with the new Paypal website.

First of all, when I go to the History button, and use

the drop down box to access the Subscriptions button,

I hover my mouse over the drop down box and it drops down...

but when my mouse leaves the box to click on subscriptions

it disappears.

I noticed this the first week that the website was new....and called

but the fact that the help there doesnt speak English well and they

are powerless to fix this anyway....they said they would send the

message totech to fix it, but each week I see that it is still

defective.

Every few weeks I call (because I MUST have access to my subscriptions)

I tell the girl about the problem.....now she giggles at me and doesnt beleve me.

She tells me that her box works and that she will tell someone but it continues

to not work for me.

I must get this to work for me or will have to go to another payment processor.

Also......

There is a company called Internet Privacy that takes a payment out of my account

every month. I have called and shown that it is not authorized any more and I have recieved

refunds already.....

The owner has called and said that the subcription cannot be cancelled by him,

and that Paypal has to cancel it, and that Paypal has the code that is causing this withdrawal.

He says that there is no way that he can stop this.

Instead of refunding me every month for years you guys should take this communication seriously.

What kind of payment processor can you be if a client of yours cant cancel a subscription?

PLEASE HEAR MY COMMUNICATION TO YOU!

Your website has a glitch, and I cannot cancel any subscriptions I have, and I have withdrawals coming out that I jhavent been able to stop for months and months.

I wonder how long it will take for this to get corrected?

If the info below fails to help, then your next option is to open a Support Ticket here.

With Website Payments Standard, a subscription can only be cancelled manually by either the seller or the buyer.

As a buyer you can cancel the subscription from your PayPay Account.

* Go to the PayPal website and log in to your account.
* Click "History" at the top of the page.
* Select "Subscriptions" from the Show menu.
* Check the "From" box, then change the date to when your subscription started.
* Click "Search."

* Click "Details" on the subscription you want to cancel. Be sure to click the transaction titled "Subscription Creation" and not a payment transaction.
* Click "Cancel Subscription."
If your subscription period is over, the following cancellation message will be posted "Subscription Completion". Additional subscription payments will not be taken from your PayPal account unless you renew or start a new subscription with a seller or service.

If you need a refund for your subscription, you need to contact the seller or service.
Note: You must cancel the subscription at least one day before the scheduled date of the next payment to avoid a charge.  If you cancel a subscription on the day of a scheduled payment, the payment might still be sent.

OK...

So you just gave me the pat answer, and you

didnt read anything I said obviously, since I said

that I cannot access the subscriptions box......

You probably copied and pasted your response

to me instead of actually taking the time to

read what I said and let it sink in...

(if it can)

So...

Strike one !

The first attempt didnt help me at all....lets see

if we can do this again !

Interesting as I'm not having any issues with my Account.  Not sure why you're having issues, perhaps a new glitch.

Im sorry for the snearing attitude, but Ive had

this trouble since the new website came.

Im really frustrated with this !

I guess it cant be fixed, and I have to go over

my subscriptions by phone with Support from now on.

Thanks anyway!

Have you tried different browsers?  It may be a problem only with the browser you're using.  I believe PayPal develops their sites for IE, initially.
